While Virtual Vestibular Physiotherapy is particularly convenient when you can't get out or you live far away, please note that there are some practical limitations in our assessment when doing so. We may not be able to see everything on a screen that we would in person. Rest assured, though, that we will be as detailed as possible in getting the information we need. It is helpful to have someone present during your appointment in case you need a little help.

No matter where we meet, I will partner with you in individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation in a supportive manner to help you live your best life and to get you back to the things that matter!

Our comprehensive 75-minute assessment will include a detailed history and examination to help define the problems and determine treatment goals. Our time is always spent together one-on-one, working on your specific goals.

I treat whole people, not just conditions or body parts.

Expect a collaborative approach to care where I guide you through your recovery. Be ready for homework that will help you build stability and healthy habits so you can live well and find joy in movement again!

I offer expertise in conditions that cause dizziness, vertigo and imbalance. I also have a background in orthopedic conditions and am able to help you get to the root of your issues, and help you with a combination of education, habit & goal coaching, a tailored home exercise program and other therapies as needed.
